You may notice some discoloration under your eyes or swelling of the nose that will resolve spontaneously. You may feel nasal blockage and reduce in smell sensation in the first few days You may notice blood-stained secretions in the first few days.
After rhinoplasty, the shape of the nose and the final result can be judged after about 6-12 months.
